Inauguration of a new branch center of Ramakrishna Mission, at Villupuram, was celebrated on the auspicious occasion of Phalaharini Kaali Puja day, Sunday, 2nd June, 2019. Special Puja to Sri Sri Gurumaharaj, Homa, Bhajans and Yati puja were performed.
Most Revered Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji Maharaj presided over the public function and delivered a benedictory address. Revered Swami Divyanandaji Maharaj participated as the representative of Head Quarters. Three Educational Institutions of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Society, Villupuram were formally handed over to Ramakrishna Mission in the presence of Revered Swami Divyanandaji Maharaj and Revered Swami Muktidanandaji Maharaj.
Revered Swami Tanmayanandaji Maharaj, Swami Kamalatmanandaji Maharaj and other senior monks shared their experience about the origin and growth of three educational institutions of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Society, Villupuram.
Blessing Messages from Most Revered President Maharaj and Revered General Secretary Maharaj were red out in English and translated in Tamil as well.
District Collector, Chief Educational Officer, and other officials from the Government of Tamil Nadu participated and delivered talks. Tree saplings were planted marking this memorable event.
Managing Committee Members of Sri Ramakrishna Educational Society, Villupuram, and other dignitaries were honored for their extraordinary contribution for the growth of these educational institutions. In total 53 Sadhus, 300 devotees, 270 staff and 1500 students attended the function.
All were given Prasad.
